Customizations: Some items, such as Customized Bridal Lehengas, are made to your specific measurements and requests. These are non-returnable unless defective (see Returns Policy).

Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and may offer alternatives or a refund.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ensure each item is inspected for quality before dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and select Asian countries due to customs restrictions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Cost: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event to account for potential delays.

Order Cancellations

4. Returns and Exchanges

We strive for your complete satisfaction. Our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:

• Eligibility Period: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Conditions: Items must be in original, perfect condition with tags attached, unworn, unaltered, and in intact packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized bridal lehengas, altered attire, final sale items, and certain intimate apparel cannot be returned.
• Process: Email us at [email protected] with the provided template to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason.
• Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective or wrong items; customers are responsible for change of mind or size exchanges.
• Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs charges. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid fees.
