We offer two reliable shipping options to ensure your bridal attire arrives with the care and attention it deserves:

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event date.

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide, though we cannot ship to certain remote areas and select Asian countries due to customs restrictions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority at LuxPak Bridal Studio. We’ve designed our returns policy with the same elegance and care we devote to creating your dream wedding attire.

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be in its original, perfect condition
  • All original tags must be securely attached
  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and intimate nature of bridal wear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Altered Bridal Attire Any garment that has been altered or tailored
Final Sale Items Clearly marked as final sale at time of purchase

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template provided below
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions
  3. Package Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
  5. Confirmation: We will notify you once we receive your return and process your refund or exchange

Refund Information

    • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for size or color (subject to availability):

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund

International Returns
