Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and attention we devote to creating your dream bridal wear.
Eligibility Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and intimate nature of bridal wear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Back: Send the package to our address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
- Confirmation: We will notify you once we receive your return and process your refund or exchange

- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
Exchange Policy
We happily accept exchanges for size or color (subject to availability):
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties on exchanged items
